Little Falls is home to arts, crafts, antiques, classic cars, and more.

LITTLE FALLS — The community of Little Falls is gearing up for a big weekend.

Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11 is the 49th Annual Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair and 10th Annual Market Fair.

President of the Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Deb Boelz said in addition to these two events, you can view some antiques.

The West Little Falls Antiques and Collectibles Fair also takes place at the same time and is sponsored by the West Side Improvement Association. They bring in this antique salesman, they’re staged in a park along the river, walking distance to everything in Little Falls.

Also, there is an event this weekend at the Morrison County Fairgrounds.

We have a vintage car show and swap meet sponsored by the Lone Eagle Auto Club. They even serve breakfast on Sunday mornings at 7:00. The main part of the auto show is on Sunday, but Saturday is the swap meet.

Boelz says the crowd is estimated at around 125,000 over the two days.

Our downtown physical stores are doing very well, our restaurants are busy and our hotels are full. We fill hotels from St. Cloud to Brainerd to Wadena and Grand Casino.

The Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair is billed as the largest event of its kind in an eight-state region. However, Boelz says that while they had around 1,000 vendors for the show, that number has dropped to around 600. She says they have 95 new vendors for this year’s show.

All events are Saturday, September 10 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
